I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?

  • If you have chosen one of our Express shipping method (UPS or Colissimo) and you haven't received your order on the schedules date, please get in touch directly with shipping company. If their answer is not satisfactory, you can get in touch with us, and we will investigate the matter.

  • If you have chosen our Economy shipping method, and your package hasn't arrived yet, please allow 4 weeks since the order date to get in touch with us. Our Economy shopping method a slow, not tracked method especially made for publishers so the shipping price is very affordable. Unfortunately, we can not control the shipping time. If you haven't received it within 4 weeks before contacting us. 


My package has arrived damaged, what should I do?
This things can happen. Please send us a e-mail with you order number and pictures. We will evaluate the damage, and either issue a refund or send you a new one.


I order a specific cover, but I changed my mind or made a mistake
Send us an email, and if your order hasn't been processed yet, we will replace it with the one of your choosing.


Do you offer yearly subscriptions?

Not yet, but we're thinking about it. We're trying to find the best solution to make it happen. Stay tuned!


Do you accept creative submissions?

Sixteen is by invitation only but we are always looking for new talents. Please send us your work or project, and we will have a look. Please note, due to a very high volume of emails received we can not answer everyone. If you haven't received an answer, please to not take this personally, this simply means your work or project is not right for us.
