Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer international shipping Worldwide using La Poste and UPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sixteen is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How long is my delivery is going to take?
Delivery timings are based on UPS and La Poste official delivery timings.
France
Colissimo – 48h
UPS Access Point – 3 to 5 days
UPS Express Saver – 24h, before noon
UPS Express® – 24h, before 9am
UPS Standard – 24 to 48h
Europe
Economy – No Guaranteed transit time, no tracking, no insurance.
UPS Standard – 24 to 48h
Rest of the World
Economy – No Guaranteed transit time, no tracking, no insurance.
UPS Express Saver – 48h
Sixteen is not responsible for any delays once the order has been shipped. If you have any issues, please contact UPS Customer Service or La Poste Customer Service.
Local delivery and pickup
Unfortunately, we do not offer local delivery at this time. But we do offer local pickup at our Paris office.
How do I check the status of my order placed with UPS or La Poste Colissimo?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@sixteenjournal.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Include a link for customers to track their order if available.
How do I check the status of my order placed with La Poste Economy?
La Poste Economy is a slow shipping method made exclusively for publishers. This method does not guaranteed any transit time, tracking nor has insurance. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us but it will NOT include a tracking number.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@sixteenjournal.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
